Win IE4〜6だけ別のスタイルを適用する

ポイント _Winで適用したいスタイルプロパティ名
説　　明 Win IE4〜6ではプロパティ名の先頭に_（アンダーバー）を付けた場合でも、アンダーバーを無視して以後のプロパティ名と値を設定してしまいます。
